What We Do  |  How We Work  |  Our Team

At Harris Park Group we’re more than project managers.
We’re ideas people.
Our starting point with a client brief is ‘what are we trying to achieve here?’
How do your immediate problems fit into the big picture?
What can be done to deliver outcomes that mean something?
We and our associates are an expert group of academics, scientists, communication specialists, lawyers and researchers.
Our team specialises in project planning, communication
and review, training and resource design, and scientific analysis.

Founded in 1997, the Harris Park Group manages projects from concept and design through to delivery and evaluation. Whilst we have worked mainly within the agricultural sector, our talents are transportable to other sectors.  We’ve also managed health, education and research projects, as well as community and specific issues-based projects.

We have a reputation for setting the benchmarks for innovative and practical project design.

Harris Park Group works in a variety of ways. We:

  • build project briefs from initial concepts
  • provide creative solutions for challenging projects
  • develop strategic plans to guide projects
  • prepare detailed work-plans to ensure the right things get done at the right time
  • produce innovative and practical resources and tools that get results
  • analyse and interpret data
  • design, conduct, interpret and report surveys
  • collaborate to design training programs that educate and empower
  • are communicators of key messages to target audiences by broadcast email, media articles and special publications
  • manage budgets and financial reporting
  • implement strategic management of emerging issues
  • champion evaluation of the impact, effectiveness and efficiency of projects
